After you buy⁠

Checkout is handled by Stripe who are our Merchant of Record, taking care of payment, tax and your receipt.

  1. Checkout. You set the seat count, pay, and return to a confirmation page. Until you reach payment, Stripe's checkout may show a higher renewal figure than yours; you pay the renewal shown on this page.
  2. Your organization is licensed. You become its admin. A single-seat purchase assigns that seat to you automatically, so you can build immediately.
  3. Assign and build. Invite developers by email, and each gets their own build token for stamping license grants at build time.

The admin role doesn't itself consume a seat and manages the team without having to pay for that privilege.
